Shipping

How do you ship packages?

Orders from our warehouse in China are shipped through international carriers and handed over to USPS after customs clearance in the United States. Orders from our US warehouse are shipped directly via USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the warehouse your order is shipped from. Typically, international orders take longer due to customs processing.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries! To check if we deliver to your location, enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options. You can also email us at popkutenails@gmail.com, and we’ll send confirmation tracking.

How do I track my order?

When your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the tracking site. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at popkutenails@gmail.com for assistance.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. Please note that sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
